Increasing Rental Income

A friend of mine runs a blog called Banskoblog.com. He recently started up a new section on accomodation by which individual owners can advertise their apartment. Take a look at http://banskoblog.com/2009/06/how-to-rent-bansko-property/
His site get more hits than any other on Bansko so if you do rent out and occupancy is lower than what you are happy with then this could be useful for you.

all seems very quiet in Bansko which I cannot help but feel is a bad sign ....again
my brother in law mentioned to me that I should clarify ownership status as a foreigner (is irish still valid since we were "taken over") in Bulgaria as he had heard that unless properly purchased thro' registered bulgarian company assets may be liquidated. I emailed today yo property management but I thought i should disseminate the information , however inaccurate, just in case.
